I have quite a few old/unused chartbooks in the data folder. Can I move these .cht files out into a new "Dataold" folder? Do I need to move associated other file types (which I would prefer to do) and if so how do I identify them?

Yes, you can move the Chartbook files out of the data folder. You can also move the chart data files.
