Hi, I'm attaching a screenshot of NQ. When we rolled over something weird happened to the data. You can see the monthly and weekly charts (far left is monthly, middle is weekly, daily is to the far right) are pushing new highs while the daily is not. The prices themselves are the same but they're not matching. I'm not sure what to do since this has never happened before. Please tell me the easiest way on how to fix this. I don't need super exact perfect tick data or volume data so maybe I can just set my charts to a rolling contract instead? Thanks, Ella

We are not understanding what you mean by "they are not matching". Given how the scales are set, it is very hard to tell what the prices are for each item. But, in general, what we see in the Daily chart is that the highest displayed price hit was between 18600 and 18700. When we look at the highs for the weekly and monthly, they look to be about the same. We really need more information to be able to understand what exactly is occurring. Also, when getting us a screenshot, please follow these instructions, as it gives us a full view of the chart and there is a lot of additional information that we can get from this: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
