There is something odd about the bars to the right of the gap. In particular, it doesn't look like they should be there, as these appear to be forward in time from the current time. Can you please get us a screenshot showing the times at the bottom of the screen and let us know what the Time Zone of the chart is set to. Also, please let us know the time that you take the screenshot.

Hello John,

attached is the picture how you requested it, also included the renko chart if that helps. I have New York time zone applied and I took these pics at 12:54 pm and 12:56 PM New York EST

Ok, we see the data matches up with what we see, although we do not understand why you have the gap you are seeing.

Have you right-clicked just before the gap and selected "Delete and Download Data" from the right-click popup options? If not, please try this and let us know what happens.

John,

I just tried doing that from the beginning of that chart ( as far left as I can go) and it didn't work.

I opened a new intraday chart and it doesn't have the gap. please see attached.

It must have something to do with the rollover then, as this new chart is not setup as a "Continuous Futures Contract". But we did not think this was the case due to the time of the gap.

If you are all good, then we are happy. If you come across this again, let us know.

You should not have this issue since your chart is Back-Adjusted. We'll just have to keep an eye on it for next rollover.
