We assume it is not available and not missing. It can not be removed from the Trade Window, but it can be set to not be available. Refer to the following setting for this: Global Trade Settings Windows: Cancel All (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Display Trade Window Controls) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
