Shared Chartbook File Blank Screen - Config Share Confirmation

I shared a chartbook and global config file with someone using the instructions on the filesharing.php page. He can open the chartbook file and you can see the correct name but it does not populate. The screen stays blank. We did the search of the support area and could not find the solution. Also, how do I know if the global congif file was received as well? We have restarted Sierra Chart several times thus far and not sure what to try next.

It is hard to know if the global configuration file was properly shared. You just have to compare the Global Settings and see if they are the same between the two installations of Sierra Chart.

Regarding the Chartbook, the symbols are probably different between the Service being used in each installation. Translate them on the side of who received the Chartbook, with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
