I have a funded account with Edgeclear but still wont connect to Teton

I have gone through and paid for everything, have a funded account with EdgeClear, have given them my Sierra username and they have me set up with Sierra or Teton order routing on their end through Ironbeam etc. However I cannot get my the account verification completed and am at a loss. I have done the directions a hundred times and am not having any success. Any help would be appreciated. Below is the response I am getting.
