I've been using limit chase for a very long time, and recently, the limit chase orders have not been chasing.

Topstep switched from CTS to Rithmic... not sure what else might have changed.

This will be solved in the next release. It was a problem introduced when we added the feature to hold Target Limit orders until they are touched.
