hello Compact Tool Value function no longer works on Sierra Chart When I select Chart value, the small window is no longer displayed (Compact Tool value being well selected) Thanks |

Select "Chart >> Reset Child Windows". This should make the Compact Tool Values Window visible again.

Are your crosshairs displayed? Have you left clicked on the chart to turn on/off the display of the Crosshairs/Tool Values Window?

Yes, my crosshair is displayed Yes, I clicked on the chart Compact tool values is also selected But it doesn't show (no problem on the other hand with Tool value) I also have another problem concerning the different prices which are not displayed (to the right of the chart) for all the Forex symbols (EURUSD etc...) Everything is normal for indices but nothing on Forex |

If "Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On" is enabled (has a checkmark next to it), then check the color of the following Graphics Setting: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart DOM Values Scale Text Otherwise, check the color of the following Graphics Setting: Graphics Settings: Chart Values Scale Text Color And make sure that you are changing the color in the appropriate location (Global or Chart graphics settings). Nothing works in what you are proposing! I repeat to you that the absence of a price scale is only invisible on the values of Forex FXCM Everything is normal on FXCM CFDs or Futures |
