Data Connection problem after changing account Name

After changing account name and chart user, I am receiving error while connecting to Teton Routing using AMP. This is still an issue after AMP confirmed that they processed name change.

We want you to restart Sierra Chart. On the login window of Sierra Chart after restarting it enable Force Login.

I will apply again to broker, if that does not work, can we delete account and after I create new account, can you transfer the account balance to the new one ?

Please see the screenshot; it seems that the exchange has not been notified of the change in the account name. Please confirm. Only the exchange is bothered about trading accounts. Deactivating and activating the exchange can fix the issue. Has anyone else faced such an issue?

AMP has completed configuring Sierra Teton for the second time via online application today. AMP first verifies the validity of the Siera Charts User name during the application process and then assigns it. They have already manually checked all settings and confirmed that they are correct. I checked this morning, and the error is still the same.

What needs to be done now? I am applying to Stage 5. If AMP gets fixed in the future, can Stage5 and AMP be interchangeably used one at a time when needed if this has nothing to do with exchanges?

You need to tell AMP you cannot connect to Teton order routing and show them this message:
