Hi, I am new to Sierra and just activated my data feed for CME with service package 11 as well. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Sierra several times and got to a new point in data loading each time. I have copied a chart book for NQH24-CME and the first time it loaded data up until 2/26, the next time it updated to the current date 3/5 but there was a different problem with my TPO chart, and this last time my TPO chart was fixed however I can only see till the day 2/1. I have a chart book with a daily profile chart, 3 footprint charts and 2 candlestick charts which are all intraday charts. I tried a few of the fixes from the support board but nothing has worked. I see when going to chart>chart settings it says that the 'Date Range in File to 2024-02-01' which is as far as it goes and I am unable to edit this selection. I am unsure why it will not update to show the current intraday data as well as anything from 02-01 till today. Thanks |
