I Have been using a different email address from my account registered email address for alerts for some time now but today I am now getting an alert message error saying it has been opted out from receiving alert notifications and to contact support. How can I opt back in? The reason I have been using a separate email address for alerts is so that I can keep it separate from my personal email account, I just don't understand why now it has stopped working. Can you please help. Thanks in Advance

Our apologies for this, the service that we use for the email alerts was turned off by the vendor. We are working to get it back up, which we expect to be tonight.
