I just have activated a real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed on my account.
I have followed the setup instructions and set the Service to SC Exchange Data with success.
And I have tried to connect to the data but the “Connect to data feed” on the menu could not be selected.

This means you are already connected. You now need to open a chart for a EUREX symbol through File >> Find Symbol.
