1. Refer to the Input for "Labels on Right" in the "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" study:
Numbers Bars: Numbers Bars Calculated Values Input Descriptions

2. Select "Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On" so there is not a checkmark next to it. If you do not want to trade from this chart at all, then disable the option for "Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On".

3. This window is detached always. So you can move it anywhere you want. It looks like you do not have the Title Bar showing, which would be why you can not grab it to move it. On that window select "Settings >> Settings Window" and on that page enable the option for "Show Title Bar". Select OK to close that settings window and then you can move that window anywhere you want.

Ok i fixed it. But i have one question.

will the chart and vwap always fallow the price what i mean. For an example if i go back scroll back on vwap or a chart and price moves will it then automaticly bring me all the way infront of the price? so that i dont miss anything. Because what if i forget to scroll back after i scroll backwards. Then i will not see the current price.

How can i change that ?

There is not a way to force the system to scroll to the current price. This would make it impossible to ever scroll back to view historical information.

There is a small item in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, just below the price ladder, that typically has a number and possibly a letter in it. This item also changes color if you are not at the end of the chart, so you can use it to know if you are scrolled back or not. Refer to the following on this:
