I've had email alerts for trade executions set up for a ling time with no issues until today. Checked the Alert Manager and I'm seeing: Type: Error Source: Web service response Alert Text: Alert message error: No further text after the colon in the alert text. |

I have the same problem. It began yesterday between 2:15PM and 2:45PM CST. No email alerts since then, error exactly as above. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-03-05 10:54:04

Same here - problem started around 3pm EST for me. Still persisting. Alert Manager pops up every trade execution and shows the error, emails not sending as of this post time.

Our apologies for this, the service that we use for the email alerts was turned off by the vendor. We are working to get it back up, which we expect to be tonight.
