Charts stutter every 15 minutes during historical data loading

Every 15 minutes, I get a message about a historical data download, and my chart data stutters for a couple seconds, making it difficult to trade. I'm wondering what this is, and what can be done about it. |

The implication is that you are losing connectivity to your data feed every 15 minutes for some reason. Please get us your Message Log and we'll take a look and see if there is anything specific showing in there. Seems the problem stopped after I went through some of the "Basic Steps to Resolve Performance Issues". High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often I could still give saved message logs from when the problem still occurred, but only if you still want them. We do not need to look at the logs. If you have the issue again, then let us know.
