You have the following exchange active with us: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional trading accounts As such, you are not setup to get the Market Depth data. If you want to use the Rithmic data (which we do not recommend) then you would need to change the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". Then select OK to close that window and select "File >> Reconnect". We really recommend activating one of the exchange options from our Denali Exchange Data Feed that includes the Market Depth data in order to get this information. If you just need the market depth for the CME exchange, then you could add the following exchange: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Or, if you want Market Depth for all of The CME Group, then deactivate the exchange you have now, and activate the following: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Note that when you deactivate an exchange, you will not get a refund, as the fees go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. Also, when you activate an exchange, it is not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis, so you will pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate it and then pay again on the first day of the following month.
