Hello SC/SCE, Thought I'd ask back on the 'Snap to High/Low' feature as I find it so useful to realign a large number of drawings on moving calculated indicators. Would it be relatively easy to add a keyboard shortcut for the 'Snap to High/Low' function ( Global Settings > Customize Keyboard Shortcuts > Tools > More) ..? As I use Solaar in Linux I could program keys/clicks for my Logitech mouse at that point. OR Could a 'Snap to High/Low' button be added to the 'Manage Chart Drawings Window' as all drawings can be selected and the Snap applied..? It would just be so easy to use one of the above (pref the second option) if possible as I update 10's of resistance/support levels each day and having the above feature would make life so much easier. Alternatively, if there was a programmatic(API)/automate way of doing this already then I'd be happy to try it. Thanks |

We have set this as a "Feature Request". Just be aware that we can not say when we would get to any particular item. We also want to point out that there is the "Auto-Snap on Creation" and "Auto-Snap on Adjust" options that can be turned on/off with a keyboard shortcut key. You can also define whether you want just the High/Low or High/Low/Open/Close as part of the auto-snap. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Automatic Snapping of Chart Drawing Ends to Open, High, Low or Close Bar Values For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you John, Just to say, its not an issue when I first create the 'ray drawing' as it does snap to the 'indicator line' perfectly to start with. It's when I've saved and shutdown the Charts/PC only to boot up and return to find both elements have disconnected and I have to run the 'Snap' feature on each drawing so the anchor points realign once more. I use Ray Channels and its based on what's described below I think. The indicator line is dynamically updated.
