Great evening, I know your team is hard at work and ever since I payed for my subscriptions and data have been trying to properly integrate rithmic with the denali data exchange ever since. I have read as many forums as possible and followed as many steps as i could take. The data I am recieving looks to be accurate after everything but the M still dosen't pop up even after following that forum which goes specifcally into that. Again I know you guys are hard at work and I'm sorry if i didn't complete something on my end correctly but at this point I think it could be that somebody needs to map it on their end from what I understand. Thank you very much and you guys have a great platform from what I have seen so far have a great night.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
