SC Trading Evaluator not displaying correct DPL

Hello Support,

As of yesterday Daily P&L balance is not displaying correct or meaningful numbers when I am connected to SC Trading Evaluator Service. What makes it even more strange, this problem is only happening for NQ contract and not for ES. Every time I make a trade for NQ it displays some sort of a crazy number in the DPL window which has nothing to do with the real profit or loss for a day.

For example: first trade of the day immediately after the order fill generated DPL balance of over $10K and any following trade after that not reflecting the balance correctly - when there is a loss on a trade it increases the balance and when there is a profit on the trade it decreases the balance.

Again, this is happening ONLY for NQ contract, not for ES (ES is working correctly). I have tried opening new chart and new DOM for NQ and the issue is still there.

Any suggestion how to fix this? Never seen this problem before.

Update - I believe I was able to alleviate this problem to some extent by setting the Order Fills Start Date (blank for all) to the current date.

However, the DPL is still somehow getting affected when I am entering new trades - If the new position is open for NQ the DPL is jumping up or down dramatically (by several thousands) even before the position has a chance to make any substantial gain or loss.

I do not understand why it was always working correctly and stopped all of a sudden for NQ contract within every chartbook I have.

Something is clearly messed up with NQ contract and how the DPL is calculated.

This prevents me from testing NQ contract trading and working with SC Trading Evaluator Service.

Support, can you please advise?

What is the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick" for the NQ chart?

The Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick" for the NQ chart is set to 5.

It has not changed recently or ever. Just wanted to mention once more that this problem has started to appear since yesterday after I have held a position overnight for several days and then flattened, shortly before yesterday. Yesterday before RTH I was flat and today I was flat as well for NQ on SC Trading Evaluator.

Another DOM next to this one for ES works correctly.

My apologies, if I have not been able to clarify my question, but I have explored this page already before reaching out to you...and attempted to adjust the settings for the current day only. It is not working. Even entering a single trade causing the current DPL jump dramatically up or down before the initiated position has any chance to be in or out of the money. And flattening position also produce incorrect balance result.

My question is why would this stopped working correctly (and only for NQ symbol) when there was absolutely nothing changed in configuration? How to fix this? The recommendation on the linked page you have provided don't address the problem.
