My connection status shows green, but market data updates are not coming through. If I reconnect it downloads the data to the current moment but it's frozen at that point. There is no Bid/Ask data, it just shows zeros. A similar support post was resolved by updating the Sierra version, so I tried that (Help-> download current version) but it did not resolve the problem.

FYI I am having problems with significantly slower historical data load times on 2604 after upgrading from ~2580. Takes much longer and randomly hangs for much longer. Also, if putting computer to sleep with SC open, data takes much longer to load and SC temporarily freezes. It never used to do this.

We do not see how this could be specific to a version:

There are no changes in Sierra Chart related to this.

This would be a system specific issue. We recommend restarting your system. And making sure there is no antivirus or security software affecting Sierra Chart.

Regarding post #1:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.

I found the issue on my side. I opened my account on a separate PC and it was still connected. Once I closed Sierra down on the separate PC, the feed started updating on the one that was frozen. My apologies for the false alarm.
