Data Range doesn't update - Chart locked on today only

Hello, My charts for existing chartbooks and any newly created chartbook is locked to today and from the time I open/create the chartbook. I tried to change the settings in Chart Settings / Data Limiting, but it's automatically reset to day's date. I deleted and downloaded the data file again and again, but it didn't work. I'm using ES chart and there is one line in the log which says "2024-02-26 11:26:58.389 | HD Request # 93 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for ESH4.CME. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols" Please help as I cannot use SC anymore under these circumstances. The Symbol Settings have been incorrectly changed. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings You must also disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. Set this to No. After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu.
