Uploaded Footprint charts come out squished

Whenever I take a trade, I upload the pictures to the site via the right-click 'Upload chart' option in Sierra. The only problem is the Footprint charts come out squished and the image is not visible like it should be. Something happens that compresses the visual style. I see the image dimensions are smaller the first time around, and the second try is always bigger. When I try to upload the same picture again, it then comes out normal. Below are the before and after examples (disregard the arrow, it's just for my entry): The first (weird) upload https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1708624787882.png The second (normal one) https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1708625199133.png It's just annoying uploading the same chart multiple times every time, to get a normal picture. What command are you using to save the image (what is the exact command that you have set for that right-click option)?

The option name is simply 'Upload Chart'

For example, I just tried uploading them again, to see what happens (I uploaded 5 different windows, 3 separate regular charts (m5, m15, H1) and 2 Footprint charts (m5 and m15) and 3 were normal, 2 were "squished". Edit: I tried it again. Went to each window, moved the chart around a bit with the hand tool and clicked "Upload Chart". Now 3 were squished, 2 were ok. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-02-22 19:51:45

I might have found the issue. It might be something to do with the speed when you try to go and upload the next chart. I tried this several times now. If I click 'Upload Chart' and then wait for the confirmation window, where it says to click 'Yes' to copy it into the clipboard - and I do this slow way for all the others - they all seem to come out ok. But I wanted to do it quickly to save me some time, and before the confirmation window on the first chart opened, I already went to the next chart window and again quickly clicked 'Upload Chart' on that one. And I then went to the third chart window. But before I could click 'Upload Chart' there, I was already greeted with two separate confirmation windows from the previous two, one after the other, to click Yes to. I guess something happens and it disrupts the normal uploading if I don't wait for the confirmation window first Edit: Yes, this seems to be the issue. I tried it several times and when trying to upload two charts quickly in succession, the first one always comes out in a smaller resolution. I tried them in reverse this time just to confirm and this is how they look. 1st and the 3rd are squished. You do have to wait for the chart to actually be captured and uploaded before using Screen Images >> Upload Chart command again.
