brokerage to trade futures AND stocks directly from sierra chart?

Is Interactive Brokers the only choice? If I use IB, do i lose a lot of the features of Package 10? Thanks! |

Interactive Brokers is the only option for trading stocks. And if you want a single broker for both stocks and futures, then this would mean using Interactive Brokers. You will not lose any features by using Interactive Brokers, we are curious as to what in particular you are wondering about? Also, you are getting your futures data from us, so that will help with issues from Interactive Brokers. We recommend getting your stock data from us as well. Thank you for the quick response. TPO and footprint charts was what i was curious about whether i would lose or not. I would really appreciate anyone with the IB connection to share whether it has been usable for both stocks and futures. Thanks again! |

TPO and Footprint (Numbers Bars) charts are only available with the "Advanced" packages, so if you change to Package 10 (Integrated Standard) you would lose those functions.

So I have closed my futures only account and want to connect my trading to my Interactive Brokers. Under Data/Trade Service Settings, the Sierra Chart forum states to choose " Interactive Brokers (trading)", but how do I continue to rely on getting futures data from Sierra Chart? Is that chosen somewhere else? Appreciate your help. Would it be possible for a phone call to get this connection setup correctly? I would also like to add the stock data from Sierra as well. Please let me know and thanks! |
