Hello
On an Intraday Chart type with Bar period of 1 day, with "Load Data Limiting Method" set to "Use Number of Days to Load" and "Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type" set to 800, I'm unable to load anything beyond 180 days. This happens for any ticker. Is there any limitation?

Also am unable to set the chart data type to Historical Chart..for the tickers $TSLA_MBO, $AMD, $AMD_MBO etc.. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or some issue?
$AAPL loads fine. However, $TSLA_MBO, the chart goes blank. For $AMD , I get a "Symbol settings not found on current service"

pls assist, thanks

Refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data

Regarding historical charts and _MBO symbols, update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

After that:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
