Hi, My system keeps crashing and looked into just about everything I can think of when I noticed something about the file size of Sierra. Under properties it says the size is 577GB and the Size on disk is 192GB. The disk size itself is only 500GB. I realize of course you can't tell me what's wrong with my system but was wondering if you think this could be a potential cause of the blue screen crashes and if so, what might I be able to do about it? My guess is this is not the problem but wanted to check with you before purchasing a new system. Thanks |

The difference in the Size and the Size on Disk is a normal Windows thing. Refer to the following: https://portal.7thsense.one/user-guides/M484-filesizes-in-windows/ So this is not the problem, unless you are out of drive space, since you say you only have a 500 GB drive. In which case, you will want to clear out some space. For Sierra Chart files, refer to the following: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
