Updating SC to the current version is causing my custom rollover method setting for the symbols to reset to default. Is it possible for it to not do that ? Thanks |

Actually its just randomly resetting to default. After updating to the current latest version : it reset to default on first login. Then I changed the setting saved it. Closed SC and opened it again the setting stayed intact. Then I shut down my computer came back after couple hours to find it has reset to default again. |

As per my observation: its resetting to default pretty much everytime my computer is restarted.

This is making no sense. And it is not technically possible for this to be an issue with Sierra Chart if you are referring to setting Custom Symbol Settings. There is no chance for this at all. None. Yes I am referring to custom symbol settings. I think thats only where I can change the rollover setting for a ticker. And yes this is happening in a sub instance. I have not made any rollover setting modifications in my main instance. |

Refer to this setting: General Settings Window: Use Symbol Settings in New Instances when Started (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> New Instances) Although we would recommend using the same symbol settings in the Main Instance as in the Sub-Instance, so it is best to make the change in the Main Instance and then leave the above setting as "Yes", to have the symbol settings update to the sub-instances.
