Hello ,
I have a problem with the data that is not downloading properly.
I keep having the same message over and over
"Download Failed Error downloading Historical intraday data for ESH4.CME. The network socket has been closed. Retrying download"

I hope we can fix this issue

You are having a connectivity issue to Rithmic. The only thing we can suggest is to try changing the server you are connected to. Otherwise, you would need to reach out to Rithmic to see if they are having an issue at this time.

I don't think it is an issue with rhithmic as I have SC installed at my office with the same settings and it is working fine.
Any other idea?

It is definitely a connectivity issue to Rithmic, as you are connecting to Rithmic for both trading and data (you are not getting any data from us).

Hello
I have solved the problem!
I replaced the ESH4.CME.scid file with the one from my office and it is working fine now!
