Hello, I have been at this all day...lost an entire trading day. My fault. Anyway. the compact tools value window is missing. I've gone to Chart Reset child window and window reset windows and played around with the settings in the global tools settings. I have tried all the steps in the support board over a dozen times in multiple configurations. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thanks, John. I am using versioon 2568 64-bit. |

"Chart >> Reset Child Windows" is the proper item to use in order to bring back a missing Compact Tool Values Window. The other things to check is that the option for "Window >> Compact Tool Values Window" is selected and that you have the "Tools >> Chart Values/Crosshair" selected and active. If none of these work, then let us know. Are you able to get the full size "Tool Values Window" to show?
