Hi support: I have a Spreadsheet System for Trading running. At the close of the candle at 14:55:31 I got a sell signal as shown on my spreadsheet. No order was placed. I replayed the chart several times and I never saw an order go on. (I do have limit orders set to expire after 2000 volume has traded in the current bar but no trade was placed). Attached is the Trade Activity Log and a screenshot of the spreadsheet and chart. What am I doing wrong? Many thanks for your help. |

Run the replay again and when the order should occur, but does not, then look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see if there is any information in there on what may have occurred. Also, check your Message Log for any errors in there related to this at that time. You can post both of these to this thread for us to look at, if you like. Hello: I re-ran the back test. No trade came on after the bar on 13/02/24 at 14:55:31 closed and nothing shows in either my Trade Service Log or Message Log. See the attached screenshot. What am I doing wrong? Thanks |

Hello: I just figured out what I am doing wrong. I had trades being disabled for 3pm news. Thanks you can close my ticket.
