I signed up for Nasdaq TotalView. There are many stock symbols that I cannot find. For example, the ticker $SNOW is not available. There are many more as well. There is a list with many tickers available but I am not finding quite a few and I am wondering if there is something more I need to do.

First, stock symbols do not begin with a $. None of them do. For example this morning the stock BMR is very volatile. I cannot access it through Nasdaq TotalView. You should call it Nasdaq PartialView. I would like to cancel this service and get a refund. It is not supplying what you advertised. Very disappointing.

We are not seeing any issues with the data for SNOW-NQTV or BMR-NQTV. Attached is an image showing both of these. We do not list all the symbols in the "File >> Find Symbol" window, so if you are not seeing a stock listed in there, then you just need to type in the name in the Find Symbol window and then open a chart for it. We can not give refunds for the exchanges, as those fees go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. We can give you refund for you package.
