Hello,
I have been connected to Topstep Trader since a few days now. The profit/losses of the trades are reported without any problems to Topstep. The candle sticks lag
a bit and do not load directly, but in between in works well too. It is always displayed alternately "Waiting to Download Historical Data"
"Download Historical Data, Bars may not appear until done" and "Historical Download Complete". What is the reason for that?

You are having some kind of connectivity issue to Rithmic, as you are not setup to get the real-time data for the CME Group from us. You are setup to get the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape data from us, however.

We can tell you right now, that this is simply a Rithmic issue. Our recommendation would be to try a different server and see if it works better for you.

But in the end, the best solution is going to be to use our data. Just be aware that in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account (Prop Firms like TopStep do not count towards this) and you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month.
