Some problem with trades timestamps

Hi Am having unrealistic timestamps on times and sales (see attached screenshot, times of trades are seconds multiples). I am connected to rithmic paper trading server (non-aggregated, tried all of the available). DOM dynamics is also looks unusual (on high refresh settings). I've tested connection on other terminals (jigsaw, rithmic own app), timestamps are normal there. Does it have something to do with me being on SC emergency account activation? Or any other possible reasons you aware of? Thank you |

It is not related to your account. There is no reason that this would occur except that the data is coming in like this from Rithmic, as you are using the data from Rithmic. Hi John I wrote to rithmic support citing your answer, they said I quote ""...If they believe it is a Rithmic problem, they can open a technical support case with rapi@rithmic.com Please note that we do not accept problem reports for third party software programs using the R | API++ direct from end users, we require the software developer to report R | API++ problems using our problem reporting methodology."" So may I kindly ask you if such support case with Rithmic can be opened by you? Thank you |

Fascinating. To begin with, the interface that is used with Sierra Chart with Rithmic is developed by Rithmic. We are not connecting to their R | API++ connection. So they need to deal with this themselves. We do apologize that you are caught in the middle of this, but there is nothing further we can do. Their support is not understanding the situation and they need to deal with the issues.
