Do not worry about the "Out of order timestamps". That can happen occasionally. With the bad data spikes like you are seeing, you will need to delete and redownload the data. Refer to the following: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
