Hi, I use ver 2596 64-bit and have problem trading the trade DOM (SIM mode), the buy or sell stop-Limit order only work on one side which mean when the buy or sell stop-limit order (right click for buy stop n left click to sell limit) work above last for tradeDOM n the Buy or sell stop-limit order (left click for buy limit n right click for sell stop)don't work for below last for tradeDOM which either you left click for buy limit order or right click for sell stop order just execute as market order. |

What you are seeing is correct for the order types you have. Keep in mind that a Sell order below the current price means that the current Market price is already at a better price, therefore the market will fill that order at the Market (and the opposite for Buy orders). If you want to place a Sell Limit order below the current price, then it needs to be a "Sell Stop Limit". Refer to the information on the Order Types at the following link: Order Types For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi All, With the default Globle ChartDOM settings, I still have problem with my tradeDOM and only left click to sell limit work but the other order click do not work. (Right or Left Click on Buy Column Above Last Price - Buy Stop or Buy limit Stop, when trade price hit the order just went disappear and the same situation for Right or Left Click on Buy Column Below Last Price - Buy Limit and on the other hand the Right or Left Click Sell Column Below Last Price - Sell Stop or Sell Stop Limit, when click to place order and the order just executed as market order.) |

With the "Left Click On Buy Column Above Last" set to "Buy Stop-Limit" are you able to place an order above the price as you are expecting? You should have this show on your chart correctly. Please let us know if this is not working. Then what exactly occurs when the price hits that Stop-Limit? It sounds like the order line goes away. It should change to a Position Line showing your open position now. If this is not what you are seeing, then try this again and when you have the problem open the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and copy and paste the information in that window to this thread.
