Our servers show that you are setup to connect to CQG. We do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX, therefore you would have to get that data from us. You do not have any exchanges active for either The CME Group or EUREX, which is why you are not getting any data. We see that you have filled out the agreements for the CME Group, therefore you would just need to activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
