Before anything, you need to be aware that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following for more on this: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have an account that will qualify for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Once you have worked out the above, then the first thing you need to do is to change your package, as you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to get the real-time data.
