When im looking at a stock I have a 4 chart window with different timeframes of the same symbol. in the 240 min chart the date range I want displayed is about 6 months. I set it in chart settings / date range / apply all / ok then I went to chart data / save days to load / yes / apply all/ ok once I get out of that symbol and into another the settings wont save and restore my preference. note: the charts are all linked but only to display the same symbol how can I set the chart to remember my preference and display the desired dates at all times regardless of symbol? thank you in advance. |

There is an option, but it is not recommended, as it will not change any of the settings. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Do Not Change Symbol Settings for Chart on Symbol Change (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for responding, why is it that I can set my weekly, daily and 65 min to my desired date range but unable to do so for my 240 min chart? also, Im realizing that its not related to the timeframe of this chart its just this specific window that wont store my settings. anything else you can think of perhaps ? thank you in advance |
