Not sure what happened but my saved study collection is all gone. Please help.

Backups of the Study Collections can be found in the Backups folder under the main Sierra Chart folder. Find an appropriate backup of the study collection you are missing and copy and paste it into the 'Data' folder. You may want to rename it to remove the number in the front, which references the date of the month that the backup was performed. Thanks John. I just did copy the backup folder and check everything yesterday. I was able to close out SC not Save All and reboot and had a chart with all my setting, re saved the studdy collection and am good. I should have good backups saved in about a dozen different places m(I pout tons of work into these collections ans charts). While I have you here I had a couple quick questions: 1)Can you type the _MBO suffix symbols direct om the chart? It seems to work sometimes for me but not at all with Nasdaq (4 character) symbols (not enough characters it seems?) and sometimes not with 3 character symbols. 2) Do you know of anyway the Bid Ask Depth Bars or Number Bars Data #2 a Pulling and Stacking study can be made from the data (perhaps a 1 period SMA from the Number Bar % difference data) or a SG of the Bid Ask Depth Bars? TIA |

1) Someone else asked that question yesterday and we were able to reproduce it, so it has been passed to engineering to look into. We have not heard anything back yet. 2) We are not really understanding the question. Please give us some additional information on exactly what you want to do.
