Hi, I'm using version 2591. Crosshair refuses using white color. I go to Chart Settings - Chart -> Chart Values:Crosshair. There, if I choose red, crosshair goes red; if green, it goes green; but when I choose white, it goes black. In older versions my config worked. I think I didn't touch any other parameter but it's not working as I expected. Thank you. |

I am having a similar issue. In my case the white chart has dark value label price with crosshairs.

Regarding post #1 there is automatic color management. This is just how it is but make sure you are on the latest version. Once again there is automatic color management so that you can see the crosshair. Regarding post #2, update to the latest prerelease version, and there is this new color setting: Chart Values: Price and Time Boxes Text Color Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you for your response, guys. In version 2586 there are just 2 settings: "Color of the Price and Time Boxes"; "Crosshair" When placing "Crosshair" in white and "color of the price and time boxes" in black (with a white background in the charts), I can see the black crosshair and the labels but NO lines connecting the crosshair and the labels. In version 2591 there are 3 settins: Color; Crosshair; and the new Price. (The Price is by default in black. If I place it in white I get the label I had.) But about Crosshair, no matter what color I place, the lines cannot be in white (while in version 2586 I could do that). If I choose white color I get black lines. Please see the attached pictures. I'm not interested in the crosshair per se, but in the lines that connect the crosshair with the labels. As you introduced a new parameter, is there any other new setting I can set to go back to the former versions' result? Thank you for your work. |

User251043: The short answer is "no". The change that was made in version 2586 (and a few other versions around that time) created more issues, therefore it was reverted back out. This is confusing to us. We are not understanding what you want. Do you not want to see the crosshair lines? There are settings in the Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values to control that. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. no mine works since the update and the change in graphics settings, the other issue with new post is what happened in the past about horitzontal lines |

Engineering guys, Yes, that's what I want, see the crosshair but not the lines. Your solution about Tool Settings >> Chart Values worked great. That was exactly what I needed. As for me, this is solved. Thank you for your help! :) |
