I have one installation of SC. I three separate Rithmic logins. The one for Apex works fine. The one for Bulenox keeps receiving a connection error message from service: Rithmic Direct - DTC | Logon error received from server: Permission denied. I have Denali active. Same for TopStep. Do I need separate installations of SC to connect with different Rithmic logins. All the paperwork has been fine and I am logged in through R Trader Pro but can't seem to connect via SC? If so, are there instructions on how to do this with Crossover as I'm using a Mac Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-02-02 04:32:42

You do not need separate installations, although we would recommend it if you are trading both account actively, this way you can stay connected to both and watch your positions better. The instructions to install a second Sierra Chart is at the following link: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart The information we have on the issue you are having with the Permission Denied is at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure Since you are setup to get your data from us, one other thing you can do is to remove the entries for the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" Username/Password. This can sometimes alleviate the Permission Denied error. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
