Trouble adding the service settings from the data trade service tab

I am trying to add my broker for the once a month setting that must be done{ for the first time}. I am using Amp/cqg. Am I supposed to add the username and password from amp? If i am i am confused as to why it wont connect after hitting apply all. Side note: I just added amp yesterday and while I just received an email stating that my funds were approved, im not sure if that is the issue. Please help.
