Hi Support Team, I am trying to download XAUUSD Intraday Bars together with the data provided by the Study Bars Calculated Values study using the "Export Bar and Study Data to Text File" functionality. I would like to download at least 2 years (or even more) of intraday/study data. However, the maximum it can be loaded and therefore downloaded is around 6 months (oldest bar is 2023-7-9, 22:00:00). I have set the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download to be 10000 (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download). I have also set the Days To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type to 2000 (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Days To Load for Intraday Chart Data Type). Nevertheless, I was not able to download any data previous to 2023-7-9, 22:00:00. I have also tried to set the Load Data Limiting Method to Use Date Range selecting a period of 6 months previous to 2023-7-9, 22:00:00, but still it did not worked (nothing is downloaded). It looks like the data cannot be loaded before the 2023-7-9. On the other hand, if I use the reply function before the 2023-7-9, data are available and also the study numbers are calculated. Any help on how to download these data also for previous dates? Thanks in advance, Edoardo |
