Good afternoon, I am trying to set up my DOM to show level 2 data for futures. I have searched the support board for help and have tried the following, making sure my dom columns are correct and having bid and ask size. I have also tried updating the settings for the chart, globally, and for the symbols following the instructions at this link- https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/FileMenu.html#NotReceivingTheFullNumberOfMarketDepthLevels. However, the issue still persists. I am only able to see a few lines of level 2 data. I have package 11 so I dont think there are any issues there. Can you please assist me. Thanks in advance!

You do not have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth.
