Hello, I followed the instructions to connecting my TopStep account to Sierra Chart. I had connected my first instance of Sierra to Teton through Stage 5. Then in the second instance I connected to TopStep through Rithmic. I traded during the morning the second instance with no problem. Then I reset my Topstep account this afternoon. I a not able to connect on my Second instance of Sierra Chart now. It keeps saying connection failed. It seems as if Rithmic can connect in the first instance of Sierra, but the charts look incomplete. The second instance of Sierra does not allow me to connect Any ideas?
