Live trade cancelling on its own

I have been having issues with live trade cancelling on it’s own. I have tried to disable the cancel button just in case it is accidentally being clicked on somehow and it hasn’t fixed the issue. Any thoughts?

You need to look at the Trade Activity Log and find the Order that is closing out the position, then look at the "OrderActionSource" field to see what it states on where the order is coming from.
