so am trying to use a temple chart layout and it says that i need to copy and paste it to the sierra charts folder on the data tab , but i dont see any sierra chart folders there , i have the sierra icon on the download tab on my pc , and the shortcut on my desktop only , how do i add it as a folder

By default, your Sierra Chart folder would be located at C:\SieraChart, and the Data folder is then below that (so C:\SierraChart\Data). But you could have put the installation anywhere on your computer. If you open your Sierra Chart software and select "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths", and look at the entry for "Data Files Folder" it will tell you where the Data file is located for your setup.
