Can't access RealTime CME data for 6EH24-CME/SPH24-CM inspite of having Service Package 12

Hi Team,

I have Service Package 12 but I am still not able to access CME real time data for 6EH24-CME/SPH24-CME. I raed somewhere that I need to have some sort of trading account in order to have real time data from CME. I did make an account in IronBeam, now they are asking to deposit $500 in order add my sierra chart account name.

Please note I have chosen Sierra chart in order to access footprint chart and DOM to pass my Prop fund challenges. Please advice some alternatives in order to get realtime CME data.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.
