I use Price Changes Per Bar as a time frame in my charts. When I share a study with a friend it does not print the same number of bars on my friend's chart. My chart has about 36 bars on Friday 2024-01-12 when using a 6765 Price Changes Per Bar. My friend's chart has 4 bars. On one of our charts Sierra is not reading the Price changes bars correctly. What could be causing this problem and how do I fix it? After further review I see that we are on the same version 2586. My symbol is MNQH24_FUT_CME(M). My friends have MNQH24-CME. Does that make any difference? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-01-15 20:54:35

The symbols do not matter in this case, as it tells us that you are both getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, although your friend may only be getting the Delayed Streaming Data rather than the live data, but we assume you are looking at this in retrospect, so it would not matter. Refer to the information here for things to check: Differences With Data and Chart Bars Between Services / Connections / Chart Types For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have the same problem with the PricesChanges Bar chart. My data feed is Denali. I can't find the reason for the problem or fix it.

I fixed the problem. Try to right click on the Price Changes bar chart, choose Delete & Download data.
