Hi. Here are my questions, I would appreciate any links to further information but it is not necessary, I only want to know if this is possible before I dive into Sierra Chart as there seems to be some confusion in previous posts: I am trading multiple accounts on an Apex funding program using Tradovate. As I understand it you are trading in a simulated Tradovate environment for an unspecified period of time even after passing evaluations, which I have done. I want to be able to automate my trades. I want to be able to trade all of my accounts as a group. I would like to use OCO / bracket orders that are held server-side. I would be fine with subscribing to any data feed or Denali or Teton if that makes things easier. I would like to have my automated trades executed and copied across multiple Tradovate accounts, but also to be able to have my own personal account that I trade live. Is all of this possible solely within Sierra Chart? If so I will get started. Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-01-13 19:45:13

We are not sure what it means that you are using Tradovate with Apex. Tradovate does not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart. But you can connect to APEX with Sierra Chart. So this is something you will have to check into. There are several options for automated trading within Sierra Chart from some of our built-in studies, our spreadsheet system for trading, or by creating your own custom study using our ACSIL interface. To trade multiple accounts with the exact same trades, refer to the following: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts With regards to OCO/Bracket orders, you need to check with Apex/Tradovate for how they handle these. We do recommend using our Denali feed, as APEX uses Rithmic. Refer to the issues with Rithmic at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
