New candlesticks have stopped being formed

I am using 2 screens. The main one that I trade on periodically stops adding new candlesticks. I can see the priceline I have added continue to move though. The other screens are working and continue to add candlesticks. The problem is not that there are new candlesticks at the far right out of sight having already checked that. I have left the screen in the frozen state in case it will be helpful should help be available. I am willing to pay to find the solution if necessary.
